So I have lost 1.5 inches since August 15th! I do not know my weight because (1) I don’t owe a scale and (2) it doesn’t matter too much for me since I want do a lot of strength training.
So for my time until November 15th, I am:
-increasing my cardio to 2 mile runs
-more strength training with less weights
Stuffed peppers with ground turkey created by chef moi! Spicy, but not too spicy. Delicious!
I went to my college’s gym today and used myself as inspiration! I was one of the only girls beasting up the weights. Yeah, felt awesome!
Pride my self in saying no to birthday cake last night.
But drank 2 cups of coke with my mixed drink.
And damn you, friendship bread for being so yummy and sugary!
I guess that was my”off” day.
Oh well :-) back on track
A step in adding more raw into my meals: smoothies! Fruit helps mask the tart flavor of the cabbage.
P.s. I need an alternative to soy milk for the smoothies, any suggestions?
Whoo! Jogged 10 minutes straight! Finally getting back into jogging since my foot is better and got legit running shoes! Go me!
